Over the years Cobra has built a strong partnership with our Australian customer, Allplant Auto Electrics, a specialist provider of auto-electrical, air conditioning, wire harnesses, mobile control systems and labour hire services. Cobra supports the company by providing a range of wire harness braiding machines for various industry applications.
Allplant recently supplied a Cobra machine to a wiring harness manufacture, who created braided nylon yarn and tinn coated high temp XLPE TXL wire. The yarn allows moisture in and moisture to escape. Unlike conduit, conduit when not sealed correctly traps moisture leading to corrosion.
Allplant developed custom alterations for wiring harnesses manufactured to client specifications, including phase temperature fuses to prevent and protect modules, and circuit cards on Terex 4400 AC/ 3300 AC & 6300 AC, reducing repair costs and down time.
